With lots of exciting new developments happening around Birmingham, my favorite shopping centre the Bullring unveiled the #DiscoBullHead. The disco bull head is a 15ft light installation created by the very talented artist Josh Harker who was also behind the creation of the Shogyo Mujo Skull at the Burning Man Festival in 2014. The disco bull head is a piece of 3D art that showcases projection mapping at its best, something that has never been seen in Birmingham before so for a proud brummie like myself this is a great addition to all the new and exciting changes that are happening around Birmingham this year.
The bull came alive on September 24th, but his not here to stay so make sure you head down to the Bullring to check out the bull and maybe even have a little dance too as there's some brilliant music being played and the disco lighting is fantastic. The bull is here until student night on October 8th, and to mark the last day of the bull and student night there will be alot more going on which is all hush hush at the moment so I will definitely be there, plus to get some great savings with my student card to of course. The disco bull head starts at 7:30pm until late every night till October 8th.
