




Ingrediants:
Pack of Oreo biscuits
85g Plain flour
40g Cocoa Powder
275g Castor Sugar
3 large eggs
185g Unsalted butter
185g Dark Chocolate (to melt)
50g Milk Chocolate (drops or cut up chunks from a slab)
- Firstly, break up the dark chocolate and cut the butter into chunks and put them in a bowl, simmer the bowl under a pan of boiling water on the hob until it melts, don't let the water touch the bottom of the bowl. (Or use a microwave, by covering the bowl with cling film, take out occasionally to stir until its fully melted).
- Leave the melted butter and chocolate to cool in the bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 180C and find a deep oven tray and cover it with grease proof paper, line the grease proof paper with Oreos, use as many as you can to fit in the tray.
- Once the chocolate and butter has cooled down, sieve the plain flour and cocoa powder into the bowl, mix together with the milk chocolate drops.
- Add the castor sugar and eggs, fully fold in the mixture together.
- Pour the mixture over the oreos in the tray and put in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes. check occasionally, to ensure its fully cooked pierce the brownie with a knife, if it comes out with mixture on it the brownie isn't cooked, if it comes out clear and steamy then the brownie is ready to come out the oven.
- This brownie tastes best when its warm, serve with cream or ice cream.
