For Christmas I received this Vegetarian Cook Book: Good Food Made Simple. I am not a vegetarian, I eat chicken and fish but very rarely, perhaps twice a month and I never eat red meats its been over 10 years since I have eaten any. I am very picky about food and will only eat food if I trust where its came from, so of course I have a lot of concerns of where my chicken and fish comes from so I tend not to have it and when I do I don't enjoy it anyway, so I thought this new year I may as well cut meat out my diet completely. 

I always struggle to come up with healthy meals that do not contain meat, for months now I have been eating roasted peppers, sweet potatoes, red onion and tomatoes almost everyday or I have Linda McCartney's vegetarian products with steamed vegetables. As I have been getting bored of eating the same meals over and over again, I am grateful of this cookbook as everything looks delicious and easy to cook and I cant wait to start making some fun meals, it also has a lot of dessert recipes.

Once I have tried out a few dishes I will start posting photos and information on how to cook them on here.
