I went to Birmingham on Saturday as it was a lovely sunny day and I needed to buy a few autumn pieces and make-up. I brought the lilac T-shirt from New Look recently along with lots of other colours, I do like how its shorter in length as it goes well with high-waisted jeans. The black and white check print trousers are also a new purchase that I brought from Dorothy Perkins they are called the 'Lyla' check trousers. The trousers are perfect I brought them in petite because I am a little short, I love how they show some ankle cleavage without having to cuff them and they are high-waisted without a front zip, instead its on the side without a button so they are so comfortable and flattering with them being slightly stretchy also. I brought a few other colours from the Dorothy Perkins 'Lyla' tube pants collection, which I am sure will feature on here soon. The sandals I am wearing are the ASOS 'hat trick' black heeled sandals which are the most comfortable shoes I own, rather sad its going to be getting colder and I am not going to be able to wear them.
After having a look in the Bullring I went for lunch at the Birmingham Mailbox and had a nice walk around the canals, we then went to east side at the Millennium Point to catch up with a few friends.
I have posted a video clip of this outfit, you can find it on my Instagram. I will be doing a haul soon of all the items I have purchased recently ready to stock my autumn wardrobe up.
